Our Exchange/Return Policy
Filling out the return form below does not guarantee the item qualifies for a return. We will determine this based on the information given in the form.

Do not send back an item without contacting us first to see if the item qualifies for a return, and gaining permission from us to set up the return properly.

We take each return request on an individual basis, based on the situation.

After getting approval from us that your item is returnable, we will at that point determine whether you would receive store credit or a full refund, judging by the situation.

We may not accept returns on clearance or close-out items. 

If clothing has been significantly worn more than just to try it on or has been washed, and we cannot resell it to another customer, we cannot accept it back. If it has cigarette smoke or similar smell or odor on it, we cannot accept it back. If it has hair including pet hair on it, we cannot accept it back.

We will not take back CDs or DVDs that have been opened with the factory sealed plastic taken off from the product. We would not be able to resell these products if they were to be returned.

A small restocking or return processing fee may apply or be subtracted from the total refund amount.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items, and we will pay for shipping to ship any exchange back out to the customer if applicable. We suggest purchasing insurance on your return shipment, and a tracking or confirmation number.

We will not accept a return based on a customer "no longer liking the band".

If we have shipped you the wrong item, size, or color, we will accept it back for the correct item to be shipped to you, or for a refund on the itemed originally ordered if the customer chooses. We will pay for the shipping cost of shipping the correct item back to you.

Once we receive the form submission, and review it, we will determine if the information qualifies, and will reply back either way.
This form must be submitted within 20 days of the delivery date to be considered for a return or exchange. After 20 days, the form will not be considered for review. We will make exceptions, if a valid reason is given.
