BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY
APPAREL ITEMS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1) Customers do not read this page,
and do as they please returning items.
2) Customers try to return items well after the
10 days, and send it without notice.
3) Customers return items just because
"they no longer like the band."
4) Customers threaten us to get their refund
practically the next day, when it takes 2-3
business days at the least to credit a credit
card.
5) Way too many people sending back items that
are obviously worn, and wanting credit, in which
most cases we never gave them permission to
return the item. They lie and say they
never wore it, and it smells bad and has hair
all over it, etc. Some items we get returned
smell like cigarette smoke, and other odors.
6) We cannot resell items that have
been worn or used.
| RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY: |

We
offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee from
the time the order is received on
qualifying products
as long as you return
the product in the same condition as which
it was purchased with the original
packaging materials.
•
We
will not take back an item that has had
the plastic removed by the customer.
•
We
will not take back
any
apparel, as all
sales are final. Please know your correct
size, as we will not exchange it, due to
the reasons above.
•
All
sales are final on factory sealed items,
such as CDs, and DVDs.
•
Keep
in mind, we are not responsible for damage
during shipping.
•
If
we have shipped you the wrong item, we
will take it back for the correct item to
be shipped to you, or for a refund on the
itemed originally ordered. We will pay for
the shipping cost of shipping the correct
item back to you, but not for your cost
returning it.
•
The
customer is responsible for all shipping
costs which on returned items, which is
considered our restocking fee.
•
We
do not accept returns on clearance, or
close-out items.

TO RETURN/EXCHANGE: |

To
return an item, e-mail our customer
service department.
•
Please
include in the e-mail why you are
returning it, and any other feedback, such
as if you want store credit or a refund.
Please have your order number, and all
other known order info to speed up the
process.
•
Do
not send back an item without contacting
us first to see if the item qualifies for
a return.
•
After
getting approval from us that your item is
returnable, we will at that point give you
store credit or a full refund.
