infinite number
of merchandise
we carry, (of

very small
percentage is
listed online),
especially
different
apparel sizes, please

days to get
these items in
stock and to be
delivered.
Imported audio
and video have
their own
backorder
cancellation
deadlines in
their
description. If
it is not
listed, then it
is 30 days for
ALL ITEMS. |

Due to the
amount of orders
we receive on a
daily basis, please
allow up to 30
days for
delivery.
This don't mean
it will take 30,
we just want to
let you know so
you won't be in
for any
surprises. This
is more evident
on bigger
orders, as we
are faced with
decisions on
whether to wait
for items, or
ship what we
have in stock
for that order.
You can contact
us at anytime,
and check the
order status.
You can go to
our order
status page,
and fill in the
info, and you
will be
contacted as
soon as
possible. We
also try and
send order
status out to
customers as
often as
possible, but it
gets
overwhelming at
times, so we
appreciate your
understanding.
Just know that
we are working,
and are giving
it our best to
get your
merchandise to

The stock status
of our items
changes daily,
but we try our
best to keep
products updated
to the day. If a
product says it
is in stock, if
will be unless
it sold out
within the day
of placing the
order, in which
case we will
need you to
allow us to get
more in stock.
If it doesn't
say it is in
stock, it may or
may not be. We
do not have
EVERY ITEM
updated to the
day, as far as
what is in stock
at this time. We
are working on
getting that
corrected daily.

| REGARDING
SHIPPING |
1)
Choosing USPS
Priority Mail
over First Class
Mail does not
exactly mean you
will get your
order any
faster. It just
means it will
get to you
faster ONCE
SHIPPED. We get
customers saying
they paid extra
for Priority
Mail shipping,
and were
surprised when
they didn't have
the order in
their mailbox in
2-3 days.
Remember this
before choosing,
and contact us
if you want to
find out if the
items you are
ordering would
be available for
that quicker
shipment. |
2)
If an item is
over 13 ounces,
the USPS
automatically
makes you get
Priority Mail,
making First
Class Mail not
an option, so
know that before
choosing. We MAY
adjust the
shipping
according to the
difference in
price, which is
more evident on
heavier items
such as hoodies.
Priority is
mainly an
advantage if an
item that is
ordered is in
stock at the
time, or if you
need it by a
certain date,
for example a
birthday, or
holiday gift. |
| SHOPPING
CART ERRORS |
1)
Sometimes
we have problems
with a shipping
weight on an
item and it has
trouble adding
it to the
shopping cart.
This is mainly
happening to
international
customers. If
this happens to
you, then
contact us, and
let us know the
items that are
ordered, and we
will look into
the situation
immediately. We
will e-mail you
when fixed, and
at which point,
if it still
don't work, we
can arrange
another way for
you to place the
order, such as
filling out our
order form. |
2)
Please
note that if you
leave your
shopping cart
unattended for a
certain period
of time, it will
time out, and
when you proceed
and finish the
checkout
process, it will
create an error.
Please try and
have a general
idea about what
you want to
purchase before
proceeding to
order. A tip
could be to
write all items
down on a piece
of paper, then
go back at once
and add them to
the shopping
cart, one item
after another.
The exact period
of time before
the shopping
cart times out,
we are not sure
of. It is a rare
occurrence for
this error to
happen, so the
length of time
must be a good
while. We just
want to make you
aware of this
possibility. |

CARD DECLINES /
AVS/CVV2
MISMATCHES |
1)
We
appreciate your
trust in
providing your
information to
process your
order and
collect payment
and billing and
shipping
information. |
2)
Our
credit card
processor will
reject certain
transactions,
which they feel
are fraudulent.
If you get an
e-mail saying
"To further
process the
order, speak
with a customer
service
rep.", it
is because
something was
wrong with your
billing
information.
Either the card
info didn't
match the the
billing address,
or information
that may have
been entered
wrong, which is
incorrect to
that of the
cardholder, and
looks
fraudulent. When
a credit card
order is placed,
it is directly
sent to our
credit card
processor, and
they right away
if the info
matches that of
the cardholder.
That is why they
sent out an
e-mail receipt
immediately. |
3)
If
this error
happens to you,
and it wasn't
fraud, maybe you
just entered the
info wrong, or
some other
shopping cart
error, then you
can change the
payment option,
or cancel the
order. You can
also remake the
order online
using another
credit card. |
4)
People
who try and
fraudulently use
other
cardholders
information to
place an order
with us will be
prosecuted to
the fullest
degree. This is
a more serious
crime than you
may think, and
it is not worth
it. We will ban
you from our
website, and
soon we will
have a list of
people who do
this and report
them, and make
them available
to other
business owners
to watch out for
these people. |

CARD STATEMENT
CHARGES |

We
do not charge a
card until the
order is
processed, so if
a charge appears
on your credit
card statement,
know that the
order will be
delivered to you
shortly. You can
contact us to
find out the
anticipated ship
date, if we
don't contact
you first. |
| MAIL
PAYMENT OPTION |
1)
Please
do not waste our
time placing an
order and
choosing to pay
by mail, if you
are not going to
send payment to
us. We see far
to much of this
happening.
If you choose to
pay by mail, and
do not pay us
from a previous
order, we may
not honor future
orders from you.
If you do wish
to cancel the
order, at least
let us know you
will not be
sending payment.
