2) If we cannot get the items you ordered in stock and shipped within 30 days, you should receive a notification e-mail to the e-mail address you have given with your order confirming your options for canceling, to keep waiting, or to pick another size or item. You can choose any of those options at that time. At that time, you can choose to leave the order open past the 30 day period. It depends on the item/order regarding this option, as it is an order by order basis. You should receive e-mails from us regarding status of your order before the 30 day period.
3) You can check this page at anytime to check the status, and we will respond as soon as possible to your request.
4) If you have pre-paid with PayPal, we will either let you choose to wait, pick another size, or item, or to cancel and get a refund, since this is an automatic payment. Credit/debit card orders will only be charged if they are processed and shipped. If the order gets canceled, it will not be charged for.
